Before joining Dave Aronberg Law, Jerry served as a minority partner and business development executive at Ambrosia Treatment Centers, overseeing outreach and operational expansion that helped over 15,000 patients access treatment. He also worked previously alongside State Attorney Dave Aronberg on the Palm Beach County Sober Home Task Force, advocating for ethical reform, industry oversight, and stronger protections for patients and families.

A decorated U.S. Army combat veteran, Jerry’s leadership was forged under fire. He served in Iraq with the 10th Mountain Division, completing more than 150 joint patrols and 35 raids. His honors include the Combat Action Badge, two Army Achievement Medals, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Expert Marksman Badge. His military experience grounds his work in discipline, loyalty, and mission-first focus.

Beyond the firm, Jerry serves as Chairman of the Board at Fort Freedom, a nonprofit he founded to fight Veteran suicide and support post-traumatic growth through innovative mental health programs.
