Mary Boning is an Associate Attorney at Dave Aronberg Law.

Mary Boning represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes civil and commercial disputes across state and federal courts. Her practice spans business and shareholder disputes, contract matters, employment disputes, class actions, and other complex litigation. Mary has experience handling matters throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation. Notably, she has drafted successful dispositive and evidentiary motions in federal court, including motions for summary judgment and to exclude expert testimony under Daubert
 
Before joining Dave Aronberg Law, Mary practiced complex commercial litigation at a large Florida law firm, representing clients in a diverse array of disputes. Her experience included commercial and business litigation, legal and professional malpractice, employment matters, cyber risk and privacy, condominium and HOA disputes, securities, real estate and foreclosures, class actions, and consumer protection matters.
In addition to her litigation experience, Mary brings significant corporate and transactional experience from her tenure as in-house corporate counsel. In that role, she advised on commercial contracts, corporate governance, transactions, regulatory matters, and domestic and international business relationships, giving her a practical business-first approach to resolving legal disputes.
 
Mary’s comprehensive legal background includes clerking at a large law firm during law school and gaining foundational experience in state government and private practice. Following graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Palm Beach County, conducting legal research and analysis for the judiciary and gaining invaluable behind-the-scenes insight into the judicial process.
